Items that are in original unopened packaging (unused) can be returned for full refund of product price within 30 days of original purchase. Up to 90 days after original purchase, item can be returned for store credit that can be used on our website or in store.

Opened but Unused items with original packaging and components can be returned within 30 days but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Live Animals DOA policy

All of our fish are quarantined (most with medication) and observed for parasites and bacterial infections for a minimum of 3 days before shipping. Eating habits and swimming behavior are also observed. Any fish that Isn't eating, showing normal swimming behavior and showing any signs of infection are not cleared for shipping. This is not a complete quarantine. We encourage all customers to practice there own quarantine procedure. We do not guarantee any livestock to be completely free of all parasite or infections
Live Arrival Guarantee
If your animal arrives dead please email us a picture in its original, unopened bag within 4 hours of delivery to start a claim. If claim is approved, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of the product (Not including shipping fees) to be used anywhere on our site or in store.
24hr Stay Alive Guarantee of coral
Please take a picture of your coral when you first place it in tank after arrival and acclimation. If it dies within 24 hours of arrival, take another picture of the dead coral in the same location in tank before removal. To start a claim, email both pictures to us. If claim is approved, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of the product (Not including shipping fees) to be used anywhere on our site or in store.
