Coral Reef Research, Inc. (Natureef) Alkalinity Plus

The NatuReef® Alkalinity Plus and Hardness Plus provide 9,500 mequ. of alkalinity and almost 200,000 mg of calcium hardness per gallon. Along with these major anions and cations are also chlorides, sodium, sulfates, borates, lithium, magnesium, bromides, fluorides, bicarbonates, strontium, potassium and barium. All the elements are in proportion so they will not alter the chemical ratios in seawater. Only a slight increase in salinity may be experienced if there is little skimmer effluent waste.

Coral Reef Research, Inc. (Natureef) Calcium Analysis Test Kit

Calcium is essential for growth of all calcium depositing organisms. This kit allows the determination of the calcium concentration in seawater at a resolution of 20 mg per liter. Calcium is not stable and the addition of buffers may cause a loss in calcium whereas the use of ion exchange resins may cause a rise in calcium. With this kit the precise amount of calcium may be determined and adjustments can then be made to achieve the nominal level (or slightly higher) that is found in seawater. The kit includes three reagents and deionized water. The dry reagent powder pillows are sufficient for 10 tests. The liquid reagents are sufficient for more than 50 tests at the nominal calcium level.

Coral Reef Research, Inc. (Natureef) Iodine Plus

Not just Potassium Iodide like many other supplements. The NatuReef® formulation contains the forms of Iodine that are found in natural seawater. Your inverts will love it! Also, along with Iodine we provide a bonus of calcium. Your corals will really love that! That’s not all. For the more sophisticated filter feeders such as tunicates, sponges, etc. we’ve included a little Boron, Molybdenum and Vanadium. So they also love it.
It's not just Iodine. It’s Iodine Plus. An absolute must for every serious marine enthusiast. It's available in both 16 and 32 ounce (473 and 946ml) bottles. Iodine Plus may be added manually or with a precision NatuReef® dosing system described under trace feeders

Coral Reef Research, Inc. (Natureef) Iron Plus

The NatuReef® Iron formulation is not gummed up with a bunch of organic materials. Instead, it allows the Iron to be used in the free form or be naturally bound by the organics in your tank.
No extraneous junk added.

The PLUS means that we included a number of minor growth substances, such as Cobalt and Manganese, along with the Iron. These are the things that can put photosynthesis in high gear. If you want to grow green macro algae or are cultivating phytoplankton, Iron Plus is absolutely the natural thing to use. It is available in both 16 and 32 ounce (473 and 946ml) bottles. Iron Plus may be added manually or with a precision NatuReef® dosing system described under Trace Feeders.Click here for additional information on Iron Plus

We’ve included those substances that generally can’t be synthesized, so they are essential. "My Ricordea absolutely loves it," that’s one comment about NatuReef®’s LIFO. Don’t panic if the froth in your skimmer collapses when you add LIFO to the tank. That’s a natural thing. Things will return to normal in a short time.
Natural oceanic Aragonitic Calcium available in a bottle. NatuReef®’s liquid Aragonite is the ideal Calcium replacement. It's not man-made. It was actually made by coral polyps just like the ones in your tank. All we’ve done is reliquified it. Can you think of a better additive to replace lost Calcium than that? Besides, it’s not just Calcium. It’s also all the other elements the corals pulled out of the water as they grew. All those trace elements are now available for new corals to grow. Your corals to grow. Each bottle contains enough natural oceanic aragonitic Calcium to grow a quarter pound of coral skeleton. That’s quite a chunk of coral. Liquid Aragonite is available in 16 ounce (473ml) bottles.

The natural oceanic Calcitic Calcium available in a bottle. This Calcium replacement is second only to Liquid Aragonite. It was made by mollusks. They spend a lifetime collecting calcite to build their shells. We made it available again in liquid form. Better than any synthetic calcium supplement since it’s all natural and includes trace elements the living mollusks deposited in their shells. There is enough Calcitic Calcium in each bottle for a Tridacna clam to put on 100 grams of shell weight. Liquid Calcite is available in 16 ounce (473ml) bottles.
